The Constitutional Court of Kosovo has made a decision yesterday against Thaci's decree. Such a verdict has caused great nervousness to Vetevendosje officials, who have warned protests and other actions that will prevent the creation of the new government. One of the VV's options is the Venice Commission, where the VV had once sent the case, but had received a refusal to treat.

This political subject can be addressed these days to the Venice Commission in connection with the decree declared in accordance with the highest judicial act in Kosovo by the Constitutional Court.
Such a move was warned yesterday by Foreign Minister Glauk Konjufca in a televised debate shortly after the Constitutional decision.
News.net is interested in the Venice Commission's stance on such a second request.

The Commission's Media Office, the news. We have suggested that they are ready, and that the moment such an application comes, they will give their answer, but without specifying whether to take it under consideration.
The Venice Commission will make a decision when and if such a request comes to”, the Venice Commission's response to news.net says.
On the other hand, the government's first requirement in office for the Venice Commission was also described as reckless because the parties involved in the process cannot ask for interpretation by this commission.
According to some law enforcement connoisseurs, the Venice Commission's request for assistance and assistance may only require the Constitutional Court in case of any case in question.
On the other hand, Vetevendosje activists already on social networks have warned a protest that will be held on 5 June in Pristina, but is not yet known if there is official organisation in this regard.
