The chairman of the PDK branch in Prizren, Shacir Totaj, has reacted after the Constitutional Court has conspired violations in the Prizren quarantine case.
He writes:
Following the PDK-proposed complaint, the Constitutional Court has ruled that the dismissed government, Minister Arben Vitita and his chief Kurti have violated the Constitution in the case of Prizren's proclamation as a quarantined area.
Along with other scientists, this is an indication that we are dealing with a form of attempting to bypass institutions in the process of decision-making and usurping power from the now-released expansion with more than 2/3 of MPs' votes.
As a result, we still have a limited right to freedom of movement as part of the significant mismanagement of coronavirus.
Even after quarantine, Prizren was unfortunately affected by a number of cases last days. However, we still need to be patient and stay at home. Are we gonna make it?
