Thaci's adviser: Kurti recognised Serbia's sovereignty over Kosovo

The debate on references the VV has made to Serbia's Constitution to complain to the Constitutional Court of Kosovo is continuing.

Artan Behram, adviser to President Thaci, on his Facebook account has written that after the KLA is found guilty of crimes in Kosovo, now the Vetevendosje Movement exploits Serbia's Constitution, which treats Kosovo as part of it, to fight Albanian political opponents in Kosovo!

“With their reference, Vetevendosje becomes the first Albanian party in Kosovo's post-communist history to recognise and legitimise Serbia's Constitution as an official document! If they join their statements for KLA with reference to the Constitution of Serbia, these constitute the biggest political scandal and damage in Kosovo's history!”, he wrote. Behrami has written that imagine if Albin Kurti led the dialogue with Serbia, which he recognises as sovereignty over Kosovo! “A dialogue from below, as prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo or the autonomous province of Kosovo? I can see why he chose Lajcak, not America!”, he wrote. Many lawyers and journalists who have criticised the VV for using references to Serbia's constitution have reacted to this.
