Kosovo President Hashim Thaci says that whenever Vjosa Osmani sends comments to the Constitution, he wins.
“Every time she has sent comments to the Constitutional, the president has won, so her comments will turn into arguments in the decision for me because there's always a non-professional approach regardless of whether she's called lawyer”, Thaci said at Debat Plus, follows Periscope.
