Today, on Europe's day, the country's president, Hashim Thaci, has mentioned once again the injustice being done to Kosovo with no visa withdrawal.
Through a Twitter post, the president has said EU states should show leadership and political will for abolishing visas for Kosovo.
Thaci has also added that every day of Europe, Kosovo always expresses its commitment to the EU integration path.

Every “day of Europe” we in Kosovo re-remove our commitment to European and Western integration once again. As the most pro-European people in the region, we expect the EU and its member states to show political will for abolishing visas for Kosovo and granting candidate status.
