President Hashim Thaci's statement that incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Ud of Interior Affairs Minister Jedal Svecla and incumbent Deputy Prime Minister Haki Abazi have stayed in the surveillance room in PTK without the prosecutor's decision, has sparked numerous reactions.
MPs from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Gazmend Syla, in a proposal for Periscope, have said that justice organs must react to the issue.
While stressing that trying to control the state in this form is the destruction of decomposition.
I don't know how true what the president has told him, but if they are, the competent bodies should call Kurt, Svechlen and Hakiu responsible. Attempting state control in these forms destroys democracy in the country, Syla said.
And his former boss. PTK, Bedri Istrefi, has confirmed Thaci's statement, saying the three have entered the hearing room without approval of the prosecutor, thus affecting the privacy of the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
Kurti, however, has called the president's accusations liars and said the chief prosecutor should interview Thaci with the case./ P ERISCOPI/
