Coronervirus ' recovery may not be equal, as patients are producing different kinds of antibodies, according to one study.
Researchers found that some patients developed immune cells that stopped the virus from connecting to host cells, some had antibodies that prevented the virus from reproduction, and others had cells that played an immune role, they wrote foreign media, broadcast news.
Moreover, immune cells remained in the body at least two weeks after they left the hospital.
The team, led by Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, say little is known about the body's immune response to the virus.
“These findings suggest that both B cells and Let both take part in the protection mediated by immunity against viral infection,” said study author Dr Chen Dong, Dean of Tsinghua University Medical School in Beijing, China.
Our “Work has provided a basis for further analysis of defence immunity”, Dr. Dong.
The study was published in Immunity magazine.
