His wife managed to escape after falling on a tent. She told the police that her English husband had thrown her off the balcony because they were arguing with each other.
After the ambulance arrived, Sukanda was taken to the hospital with several fractures and a broken arm.
Dave Mitchell told the police he was in stress. He was concerned that travel to Britain has been canceled as a result of Coronavirus and could not return to his homeland. Mitchell has been arrested and is expected to face the tribunal.
