The Spanish government has revised the data for deaths caused by COVIID-19 and eventually turned out that by noon Monday there were 26.834 deaths or 1,918 less than it had declared Sunday.
The new tracking system allows for avoidance of double number of cases, the validity of data related to coronary and the elimination of deaths falsely attributed to COVID-19,” explained Emergency Services Director Fernando Simon.
On Sunday, Spain reported that a total of 28.752 patients have died as a result of the coronavirus, the KP broadcasts.
The score of 1,900 deaths is huge, we're trying to control it, these are the data we have at”, Simon added.
The Health Ministry also revised the number of cases with infection, but the change is much smaller than the death toll.
This happens during all the epidemics when, due to developments, we have very little time to check data”, Simon explained.
