Selimi, in “Debat Plus”, has said that Constitutional judges are people who have been elected from the Parliament and may err.
He says that there is no way to accept an unfair decision. He has said that the Constitutional Court only interprets the Constitution and did not make any amendments to the Constitution.
“Several times this question has rightly been asked. And the answer is as different. If the Constitutional decision could be made incompatible with the Constitution, then there is no way to be acceptable. If the Constitution sets any deadline that is not described in the Constitution, we will seek out where it is marked in the Constitution”, Rexhep Selimi said, among other things.
