The Ministry of Management of Local Power, in consultation with both the Ministry of Health and the National Institute of Public Health, has approved the request of the Commission Association to hold the countries of the municipalities.
The Kosovo Communists Association reports that days ago it addressed the municipality's demand for the start of holding House-place sessions.
We're looking for and we think the time has come for municipalities to be allowed to organise regular meeting sessions of the Communists because we're having many different issues and in order for them to find solutions, decisions of the Communist countries are also required. In this case, we ask MAPL to begin with a review of the legality of the decisions of the Communists' ” ) countries said in the demand of the municipalities addressed through the Association of Communities to Kosovo central institutions.
The MAPL, following consultations with the Ministry of Health and the National Institute of Public Health, has returned the response to the mayors of the municipalities: “Towns of the municipalities, can begin implementing their labor plan adopted for 2020, respectively, as they can resume with holding the Assembly of the Communists.
“These Communist Frameworks can be carried out through videoconferencing, where possible, while, if necessary action is taken due to the emergency situation, meetings can be held in adequate environments but also open and well ventilated, distance between each other, in full compliance with WHO standards. It means that municipalities are bound by the case of holding Assembly of Communists, correctly respecting measures prescribed by the Kosovo National Public Health Institute (IKSHP) and the Ministry of Health, such as physical disstantification measures, wearing masks and gloves, disinfecting public spaces where Assembly meetings are held, etc. ” The MAPL has also announced that it will begin to do administrative review of the actions of the municipalities in connecting our application to the issue”, said the communique.
