After reporting that he conducted tests for Covid-19 illegally, the private lab “Avicena KS” has come up with a reaction denying this.
This lab says the tests it has conducted are legal and that it owns the import permission of these tests as well as the license to conduct them, Klan Kosova reports.
We possess the import permission of these tests, which are based on EU standards”.
“The Health Ministry has been announced via two official letters sent via email for obtaining and launching testing by the Avicena-KS” lab.
And we also explain to the Ministry of Health that in the license we possess, we have declared the codes for this type of testing (ICD-9 countries as A34,052-igG and A34.053 gM)”.
The Ministry of Health has no legal basis for stopping our lab work”.
Any attempt on illegal grounds to halt laboratory activity will be subject to our” judicial indictment.
