Prince Harry spoke of his first experience during the pandemic.
The 35-year-old said life has changed dramatically for all and that it requires motivation to move forward.
Through a message from his home in Los Angeles, where he announced the postponement of the 2020 Invictus Games next year, the prince said the challenge remains mental health.
We'll see and hear from many Invictus' experience and ability in dealing with mental health challenges, and that's something we can all learn from. The same, of course, can be said, for our extraordinary healthcare professionals, who work so hard to keep us all safe”, he stated.
The Invictus Games are the idea of Prince Harry, and they have developed since 2014.
These games use the power of sports to inspire recovery, support rehabilitation, and generate greater understanding and respect for disabled service people.
This year, they were scheduled to be held at The Hague, but due to the pandemic, the sports event was postponed to 2021.
Meanwhile, the prince, his wife Megan and their son Archie are living in the United States since leaving royal duties. /
