Traditional Renaissance newspaper, World Press Freedom Day protest: There is no press freedom in Kosovo until there are closed and illegally deported newspapers by authorities.
On this May 3rd of World Press Freedom Day, it is protested by distributing to institutions and media pages of protest publications in the traditional newspaper of Kosovo Renaissance, expelled and closed 18 years ago, where it was written: The right broken Renaissance newspaper (headed on the front of the first 15 years -- May 3, 2005). The International Press Freedom Day Renaissance has this message:
There is no press freedom in Kosovo until there are papers closed and unjustly expelled by authorities.
Do you see where the traditional Kosovo Renaissance newspaper renaissanced alarm from the bunker Renaissance Archive is destroying national wealth.

We also share pictures of journalists and other Renaissance workers, which in this 3 May does not go to protest in squares by respecting measures of confrontation with pandemics.
With the expulsion and forced closure of the traditional and historical newspaper Renaissance has become the most serious and unprecedented violation of the right and freedom of the press throughout the free and democratic world, and surprisingly this has happened in Kosovo with international administration and its institutions.
18 years ago, on 21 February 2002, Kosovo's traditional Renaissance newspaper was violently expelled from its home-Pallati by its name, and was formally closed by the UNMIK administration.

All that was inside the floors of the historic newspaper Palace, including the unreplaceable and incompatible National Archives, was thrown into the dark-bonker basement, with moisture and water flow, which is one of three indictments filed in the Court.
Fifteen years ago, after communications with the Renaissance newspaper, the Government of Kosovo at the February 15th 2005 meeting made a decision to cut down the works that were being carried out on the usurped property ʹ cancelling the contract for renovation of the Renaissance Palace “due to legal confusion over ownership and management of the object”, while transforming it into government building it was resumed 12 years ago on November 7, 2008
Make sure of the legal solution that will be done for Kosovo's traditional newspaper as well as its workers, but not yet done.

The traditional Kosovo Renaissance newspaper has begun to appear in Prizren 75 years ago, on February 12th 1945, in the spirit of the Bujan Conference, and with the engagement of the most prominent intellectuals of the time, with lead letters that were brought in crates from Tirana.
In the subx0 monography “Renaissance 60 years” writes that “krony for Renaissance sent Tirana after a Renaissance printery in Prizren did not have enough type cast into Albanian-language writing”.
By not stopping, by appearing the resistance newspaper even under the name “Buyku”, even when it was banned by Belgrade's occupationist regime on July 7th 1990, dating back to temporary numbers even after it was expelled. U n NMIC on February 21st 2002, the traditional Renaissance newspaper also became the history of Kosovo until its declaration of Independence on February 17th historic 2008 and international recognitions.

The newspaper Renaissance after the deportation came up with about 40 extraordinary numbers of protesters, printed, which has closed on December 30th 2008 with a warning to the forehead: BAPTIZED IN THE LIBY SUNDAY WRITER IN STATIN NUMRI'S POSSIBLE COMMON FALSE RELIGION.
After 10 years, the traditional Kosovo newspaper Renaissance in exchange of weathers on the evening of December 31st 2018 of the 2019 reception, the symbolic redoll ( Digital publication) for protest, and with repeated demand to return daily to privatisation, according to the example of newspapers in the region and the world that had the same social and social status that have been privatised and continue to emerge.
The demand for privatisation-resulting of the traditional Kosovo newspaper Renaissance has also been made to the Kosovar Privatisation Agency.
The reason for the request points out that the name and tradition of the Renaissance newspaper is a huge value, created over the past seven decades, is wealth of greater value than any building, and that should be appreciated even in the privatisation process.
And the one who buys the Renaissance newspaper and will, of course, release this historic and traditional daily of Kosovo will be the owner of a vast national media fortune, will be the legal heir to the firm-name, tradition. The rebirth was, is and remains as a sign of identity”, noted in the request to the Kosovar Privatisation Agency on February 12th 2014. Even on this World Press Freedom Day, we re-evaluate our opinion:
Some portal that has “backed” the name, or even the logo, is neither the traditional newspaper of Kosovo Renaissance, which can re-launch and resume only in a legitimate privatisation process, where all of its workers realise their rights, being part of this process.
