Mustafa says Moghrin promised visa removal if demarcation passes

The head of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, has said that for the aim of non-liberalisation of visas, the blame lies with political parties who did not vote the demarcation with Montenegro, until later the same ruling parties voted that agreement. Mustafa said we had fulfilled all the criteria in the year [...]
Mustafa said we had fulfilled all the criteria in 2016, except the demarcation with Montenegro.
“E as far as visa liberalisation is concerned, we have met all the conditions, but it has not used time to fulfil these Kosovo. In 2016, we were asked by all European Union states to cross the demarcation and become the” visas, Mustafa said.
I'm 100% convinced that then we would get visas, because then we had for criteria, the criterion of rule of law and demarcation”, Mustafa said in RTK.
And that is what Mustafa, according to the latter, had promised Mogher himself.
“Moghrini has said that if the demarcation issue with Montenegro is reached, Kosovo will have visas within two months. And if we enter in 2017, other problems begin within the EU itself, and then EU states cannot deal with us because they have their own problems”, Mustafa said.
