Mustafa: Kurt himself had said that the first party is king and that second could form Government

It is clear that the Constitutional Court has said the government can also make the second, third, or fourth party. That's how Kurt himself interpreted it in 2014, he said that anyone who comes out first is not King”, Mustafa said.

He said Kurti was reluctant to make the government by not sending the prime minister's name from his party.
