Mustafa says this is not done with the reason that they do not have the Action clear, but that, as he writes, they are interested in respecting the Constitutional Court and all democratic procedures.
Mustafa stressed that “The Constitutional Court sided with the Constitution, not with the president, not with the interest of any political subject. But the interest of the people, based on the highest judicial act”.
