The 26-year-old ended his life by dancing from the Students Centre in Pristina, which has turned into quarantine for Kosovo citizens coming from different states.
The father of the deceased says that his son had gone to Germany for postdiplomatic studies but was trapped there because of the pandemic.
Naim Musliu says that the boy's condition was heavy because he had talked to him over and over again.
Naim Musliu had also gone to see his son at Pristina airport, but such was not allowed.
There he had demanded that his son be released in solitary confinement because he had health problems.
Agon Musliu's parent, meanwhile, says the blame for his son's death is the leaders of executive institutions, including incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurtin.
Musliu added that he doesn't want any of these officials to go in front of his son.
Meanwhile, President Lutfi Haziri also came to the Musliu family for the workshop.
This last one requires a heavy body to clear the case quickly.
Haziri at an extraordinary media conference has said even the municipality was committed to returning the deceased from Germany to Kosovo.
The lifeless body of the 26-year-old will undergo tests for Ovid 19 and will then be sent to exhibit.
