Surveys observed on the Pacific Ocean's surface during the January-April 2020 period show the significant impact of El Nino phenomenon on global weather conditions.
As another milder picture, it represents the Indian Ocean where the end of2019 and generally these months of 2020 point to a neutral phase of Elino. A slight weakening of El Nino is predicted by the end of July, but this weakening is expected to be gradual, therefore and its impact on the summer season for most of Europe will be felt in the beginning of year.
Under these conditions, this year's summer will follow the recent 5-year thermal trajectory with high temperatures, but unlike other years, very hot days during the summer 2020 will be less.
Even the picture of rainfall during the June-September period appears poor, as rainfall will appear on the continent, not in their natural shape, but in the form of 2-3 tropical storms, which will bring extreme weather conditions, mainly in Western Europe. What will stand out during the hot months of this year is the appearance of tropical storms, not only in the Mediterranean basin from the coast of Spain to Israel, but also in latitude northern Italy, Austria, Hungary, and Germany.
It is predicted from June to the beginning, Europeans will face extreme weather conditions different from hot weather with droughts and forest fires to short-term tropical storms. In the European seasonal picture, Albania is expected to face hot and dry weather during June-July, where rainfall will mostly surface at the north-story edges, while August and most of September will continue somewhat cooler, but drought in most of Albania will be highlighted even more.
It is predicted that this summer's heat peak will be marked in the June-July period, when temperatures rise to 40 °C in several cities of Western alignment; even northeastern areas of Has-Kukes-Pepifi are expected to mark over the June-July months, go up to 40 degrees.
