The Randa Crime Department has decided concerning the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the move by a month in custody for defendants A.S. and B.S.
Defendant A.S. Suspected of serious murder and unauthorized possession of weapons, while the other defendant B.S. He has allegedly committed a criminal offence in committing serious murder.
The two defendants are charged by the prosecution, that on April 6, 2020, they have deprived the deceased A.S. and the same as the wounds suffered have changed lives in QKUK, Pristina.
The sides have a right to a complaint against this decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeal.
