(6 years ago)The University of Pristina's Psychological Department has launched today the service of offering first psychological assistance to all citizens, who have emotional difficulties or need to share their concerns during the COVID-19 pandemic. Citizens can access service from page Health. uni-pr.edu and click on the “icon start the conversation”, in the lower right corner of the page, from 13:00 to 0100 p.m. after midnight.
The use of the service is anonymous and simultaneously is the fourth consecutive service by the Psychological Department following the functioning of the first psychological aid lines with the Ministry of Health, 038 200 8090, and Prizren municipality, 0800 19 200, as well as the launch of psycho-educative mental health sessions.
Otherwise, development of the first psychological aid delivery service through “Chat” was provided by the Prizren Community.
