LVV, AAK's LDK have sent no comment on the mandate

A day before the deadline for handing over comments pertaining to the merits of Vetevendosje's request (LVV) about the mandate, the Constitutional Court has not forwarded comments either to this party, but not two of the main political subjects in the dispute of the Democratic League (LDK) and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK). The information has been confirmed by officials from these political subjects, but who have not provided more information on this subject, KOHA writes.
Last Thursday, the Constitution has accepted a request filed by 30 deputies of the LVV Parliamentary Group, through which they have sought recognition of the Constitutional Constitution of the Decree, which earlier that day had signed the head of state, with which Avdullah Hoti of LDK has been appointed mandated to form the new government. In addition, in the submitted motion, MPs had asked the Court for both the provision for suspension of the decree.
A day later, the Constitution has stated that, by majority of votes, it has decided to approve the provisional measure in length until May 29th, and immediately suspend the implementation of the decree signed by the president.
