The former head of the Skywright municipality Sami Lushtaku on the “personnel show” at RTV Dukaagjini has talked about his activity in the KLA war.
Lushtaku, who is one of the KLA founders, says the first groups in Albania were sent for training at the order of Bujar Bukoshi's government.
“I don't know whether Ibrahim Rugova has given the order, but it was time for LDK, where more or less all Kosovo Albanians were in the Democratic League because it was two roads. O with LDK or with Serbia. I myself have been to LDK along with family”, he said, conveys Telegrafi.
Former Drenica Operative Zone Commander says he heard of FARK but didn't meet any soldiers to say it was part of that group.
“Adem Jashari was the commander of all of us. In Drenica the LDK of that time has been supportive and has helped us. We were with them and helped them. There was no Drenica. FARK and armies other than KLA”.
Lushtaku says communications with the LDK and Ibrahim Rugova have never been missed, but according to him, Rugova had in time chosen the peaceful path that these have not agreed with.
The former commander of the Drenica Operative Zone says that even Gani Gecin had good reports until Abedin Rexha-Sandokan was killed.
