This is the letter Kurt started towards the European Parliament

Acting Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has written to the European Parliament about recent political developments in the country.

In the letter, which holds today's 8 May date, which is secured exclusively by Klan Kosova, Kurti was written in detail to members of the European Parliament, how the whole process of the collapse of the Government under which he himself was under leadership.

Following the process of initiating distrust of the government, in which the VV and LDK were together, Kurti tells Europeans in the letter that was President Hashim Thaci himself, who failed to fulfill his constitutional duties, announces Klan Kosova.

Under Article 82.2 of the Kosovo Constitution, the president is obliged to disperse the Assembly and call new elections.

But not only did he fail to fulfill this constitutional task, but he also played an active role, taking on his own initiative in trying to form a new government, although such a role is specifically prohibited by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo's Court with No. 10314”
