Following the process of initiating distrust of the government, in which the VV and LDK were together, Kurti tells Europeans in the letter that was President Hashim Thaci himself, who failed to fulfill his constitutional duties, announces Klan Kosova.
Under Article 82.2 of the Kosovo Constitution, the president is obliged to disperse the Assembly and call new elections.
