Three pregnant women who were touched by Coronavirus, who were born at the QKUK Clinic, need to be more careful during their breast - feeding.
Gynecological Clinic Director Jakup Ismaili, in an interview with the Online Economics, has stated that Coronavius does not pass on to children during pregnancy.
Ismaile mentioned a series of measures to be taken care of, such as breast - feeding, wearing masks, keeping distance, and personal hygiene.
The virus has not been confirmed that it is passed to the mother and that the presence of the virus in the mother's fluid and breast has not been observed. But we've also proven that patients who have been positive have done the tests on the children and have proved negative. There is no danger of carrying a virus from a mother to a child. But increased care should be added after birth during breast - feeding to implement personal distance and hygiene measures, masks and other”, Ismaili said.
Ismaili then talked about sharing the department with special entrances to enable the birth of mothers infected with Avid-19.
To prevent the spread of Coronavirus, we have shared a special ward with specific anthems that have been equipped with birth hall, operating rooms, and several rooms with 20 beds. That's where we completed several births, after we had a couple of cases on hand-in-arms.
“We have had two normal births and one with cesarean cuts, all have gone home and are in good condition”, he added.
Ismaili also spoke of the state of hospitalised patients he said is good for, while in terms of conditions he stressed that they have not undergone any changes.
The Gynecology clinic over three months has been working with reduced capacity, but Ismaili says that in addition to electronic operations, other operations have been completed, EO reports.
“The condition of patients who are hospitals is stable, conditions are normal as they were, we don't have any difference from the pandemic period despite having a relatively increased number of patients”.
Apart from executive operations, other operations have been performed either by Caesar's and normal birth cuts. We've worked with a non-stressed capacity but almost normal”, he said.
