Notification:
Following today's decision by the Constitutional Court of Kosovo to suspend the Constitutional Court of the President of the Republic of Kosovo over the appointment of mandate for the formation of the Government of Kosovo by 29 May, the Democratic League of Kosovo is determined to, as yet, respect that decision as a whole.
The LDK, through political agreements, has managed to secure the necessary majority for the formation of the new government.
The LDK remains determined that, in full compliance with the constitutional agenda, to create the new Government.
The LDK and the partners yesterday have submitted the request for extraordinary hearings, supported by 61 MPs, which will be held following the final decision by the Constitutional Court, since the LDK is convinced that the process of terming Mr. Avdullah Hoti has become a context of the constitutional norm and constitutional competencies the president of Kosovo has.
