At this conference, Kurti announced representatives of leftist parties in Europe for successful management that the Government of Kosovo has done to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to increase the number of cures, and reduce the mortality of affected patients.
Kurt also cited the government's measures to help citizens and businesses, while also praising the financial and material assistance of the United States of America, the European Union and other Allied states of the Republic of Kosovo.
About the political situation, Kurti announced to those present for the president's decision, Hashim Thaci, to make the new government, stressing that the only way ahead is that of holding elections after crossing the pandemic. So, according to Kurti, the path of respect rather than violation of the citizens' will expressed by October 6th.
For the success of a joint commitment, according to Kurti, international co-operation and solidarity is necessary not only within European institutions but also in the social and political difficulties and battles we face.
“International solidarity is the issue of a pragmatic organisation based on commitments that yield effects”, he said at the end of his word.
