The outgoing Kosovo government has launched a letter to members of the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee, where they have announced the situation in Kosovo regarding the no-confidence motion against the government and President Thaci's decree to mandate the new LDK)-led government. The Express newspaper has provided this letter, while the incumbent government has acknowledged that the letter exists, refusing to comment on its authenticity.
The name of Parliament Speaker Vjosa Osmani is mentioned in this letter, which according to the government, the president's unconstitutional movements are also at odds with the positions of the Speaker of the Parliament.

In this letter sent to the EP's Foreign Affairs Committee, the government of Albin Kurti has complained that following the motion of no confidence in the government on 25 March 2020, President Thaci has failed to act on his constitutional duty, which the iCE defines Article 82.2.
