Former Kurt adviser accusing KLA members of war crimes attacks Hashim Thaci's role in war

President Thaci last night on the DebatPlus show without mentioning his name was taken with Gashi's statement during his time as Kurti's adviser, but not to mention his name.

He claimed Kosovo prime minister's adviser had called him The terrorist KLA and criminal KLA soldiers.

Gashi denies saying the KLA was a terrorist and that its soldiers were criminals, Periscope follows. Yet, he has again mentioned crime committed by high - ranking members.

Trying to soften his statement, Gashi has said that “U n The CK has made mistakes” and that the first and foremost “has agreed to have political director Hashim Thaci. ”

Hashim Thaci, Dick Marty, George Deday and Special Court

President of Kosovo, Mr. Hashim Thaci, last night on the Dabbat Plus TV show Dukagjin, declared that « ... Kosovo Prime Minister's adviser has named him KLA terrorist and criminal KLA soldiers». I never claimed the KLA was terrorist, nor that the KLA soldiers were criminals. On the contrary. I repeat my statement: «associate / individuals from KLA ranks, even high positions, according to Reports of prestigious international organisations and international courts' decisions have been involved in crimes».
Of course, the KLA war was fair, because it was a liberation. Has the KLA made mistakes? Of course he did, and we need to discuss these mistakes. Suppose, its first and main mistake was that it has agreed to have political director Hashim Thaci.
President Thaci in last night's interview mentioned Dick Marty's report. Admittedly, in that report, Hashim Thaci is mentioned many 26 times. After publishing this report, Mr. Hashim Thaci, then Kosovo Prime Minister, had warned that Dick Marty would sue for slander. Of course, let him never sue, but he even founded the Special Court on Dick Marty's report.
One more thing. Kosovo Liberal Party Chairman Mr. Gjergj Dedaj has publicly accused Hashim Thaci, saying that during the war in Kosovo he had physically tortured him and some LDK activists. Hashim Thaci responded to these charges by appointing Gjergj Dedaj four times deputy minister: at the Ministry of Labour and Social Management (2008); at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (2013); the Ministry of Management of Local Power (2015), and recently at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2017). Later, in 2018, President Thaci decorated Deday with the Presidential Medal of Independence of the Republic of Kosovo, and then, yes, in 2018, appointed an extraordinary Ambassador to Skopje.
So Hashim Thaci did not sue Dick Marty, founded the Special Court, appointed him, decorated him, and decreed Gjergj Deday. With all of this, he acknowledged the accusations that he has violated the rules of international humanitarian law.
