The Independent Media Commission, according to Article 141 of the Constitution, is the sole authority responsible for Kosovo, for regulating, managing and setting the spectrum of transmission frequencies, giving licenses and collecting annual tariffs for the exploitation of transmission frequencies”, is said in KPM's letter to the MFT.

According to the KPM Law, Article 26, KPM licenses are obliged to pay the annual license fee.

The KKP says it has forwarded media reporting in pandemic times and has seen their financial difficulties during this time.
