In an answer to Klan Kosovo, from the Kosovo Police Information Office, they say this security institution recognises citizens' right to free speech at public gatherings in accordance with the Constitution and laws in force.
Kosovo's” Police recognise citizens' right to public gatherings, free speech at public gatherings, protest and public manifestations in accordance with the Constitution, and laws in power”.
As such, this performance according to the country's authorities can be maintained since it was previously announced by the organiser, Klan Kosova reports.
” Legislation in force stipulates that any public gathering should be announced by the organiser or its representative under the conditions and the previous legal deadline, as this performance/residence has been announced”.
” As the law enforcement institution, Kosovo Police will take all consonant actions of the Kosovo Constitution, laws in force and decisions of competent institutions to manage the situation at this time of COVID-19, to guarantee public order and tranquillity, public health, and to respect decisions, measures and pre-determial restrictions on pandemic<x>.
