High official of PDK, Betim Joshi, has said that LV's request to the Constitutional Court -- referring to Serbia's Constitution -- exceeds any political and judicial battle.
Through a Facebook response, Yoshi has said Albin Kurti and Vetevendosje have taken it for reference, in their favour, the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia to oppose the president of the Republic of Kosovo that has appointed the new mandate for forming the government. He has recalled that Serbia's Constitution envisions Kosovo as part of the Serbian state.
