A new 26-year-old patient, without signs of life, has been urgently brought to the Emergency Center. In fact, according to what we've appreciated, the patient's life has changed to the scene as a result of the injuries he's suffered, severe fatal. In admission, the patient was without signs of life bleeding from his ears, nose, and mouth. From the obvious injuries that we've seen were these, but, you know, the definite cause of death has the word forensic expertise from which we've even sought their expertise. According to all likelihood, the patient has passed away at the scene and has come here without signs of life and his death has been confirmed around 17:4518x1>, Mustafa said.

On the other hand, according to one witness, the 26-year-old man had returned from Germany yesterday and had demanded that he not be quarantined at the Student Centre because he had health problems where he also introduced the documents, but that he was again placed there.

There were numerous reactions to the case. The first was incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who called for investigation into this tragic death and the sooner the details of the death of 26-year-old man are cleared.

“Sorry and grief we learned about the serious news of the tragic death of a Kosovo citizen from Gjilan at the Student Centre turned quarantine at this time of COVID's-19”, the incumbent prime minister, Kurti, points out.

However, incumbent Health Minister Arben Vitita has yet to say a word about the case. Likewise, Home Affairs Minister Jhelal Svechla's taskman, and has not announced who is investigating the case and whether he will be responsible for the young man's death.

Concerning the case, the highest state instance in which they have demanded that justice organs deal with whitewashing

It was the mayor of Gjilan, Lutfi Haziri, who gave additional details about the case coming from his hometown,

He said Agron Musliu was an excellent master's student in Germany.

“I was shocked at the news of the tragic separation from the life of 26-year-old Agon Musliu, who was the master's excellent student, in Germany. Great loss for the family and for Gjilan. The municipality of Gjilan will stay close to the family. May God ease your pain.

The Health Ministry expressed deep regret over the tragic death of 26-year-old Gnjilan today at the Students Centre in Pristina, and expressed the heartfelt condolences for the loss of their family.

The investigation's “Ogans are dealing with clarification of the circumstances of death”, the MSH's response to the media said.

But then the reactions changed direction, except that the case was asked to be cleared by the justice bodies, so the government in office failed to manage the situation well.

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has reacted via Facebook, demanding responsibility from institutions and dawning the case as quickly as possible.

“As the country's president, I request responsibility from relevant institutions, which have conveyed this young man's situation and have decided that he is subject to mandatory quarantine at the Students Centre, not then being able to offer necessary and meritive care”, Thaci wrote.

Chairman Kadri Wessel's PDK has called for investigation and responsibility from responsible institutions. Wessel has said that the deceased was under the care of state institutions, so he said it is necessary for the justice organs to start investigations immediately.

The tragic loss of this young man's life is a serious act and carries state awareness, as the deceased was under the care of state institutions. Therefore, it is imperative that justice organs start investigations immediately”, the head of the justice said. PDK.

AAK Chairman Ramush Haradinaj has called for the circumstances of the young man's death by Gjilan as soon as dawned. He has added that Kosovo institutions should be more vigilant that such tragedies from carelessness and indifference do not occur.

Kosovo Assembly MP, simultaneously AKR leader Behgjet Pacolli, has expressed condolences towards the family of the young man who lost his life under tragic circumstances in the Student Centre.

Behgjet Pacolli said responsibility must be given to the leaders of the respective institutions, who have forcedly kept the young man in quarantine.

The leaders of the respective institutions, which have mandatoryly kept the new one in quarantine, must be given responsibility. May our fellow citizen, whom his country was unable to offer care to”, Pacolli said.

There have been numerous other reactions from the opposition and position in question, demanding that institutions have to respond to the case and the minister resign.

But whether Kosovo institutions failed to manage the situation at the Student Centre, this is expected to dawn the following days. The result, however, shows that we have a young person who no longer lives, and according to young witnesses, he had problems with depression.

I've come with this guy who died. He's been depressed. He's got all the papers from Germany, and he's following the instructions that he's supposed to be in my house.

From his arrival he was in a state of depressive condition, called for medical help and was released from the dorm, but no one took his situation into account. The doctors didn't even come by to visit”, he showed up, refusing to speak by name because he thinks someone could avenge this.

Otherwise, the Student Centre is used as quarantine for persons entering Kosovo by foreign states. They have to stay there for two weeks and then test out if they're positive with the Cavid-19 virus. This was put as a measure at the beginning of the spread of the virus in Ksovo due to the large number of those introduced by other states in Kosovo and the risk of the virus spreading.
