For the Social Democrat Initiative, the decision to impose the provisional measure on the Republic's decree of granting the LDK candidate mandate, Avdullah Hoti, to form the new government at the Kosovo Assembly session called for May 02nd 2020, is within the competencies of the Constitutional Court and as such forces the parties to accept it.
The initiative says that in this case the Court can work without pressure, the parties must refrain, so the judges of the Court can work further without pressure from the parties.
The Social Democrat Initiative considers the tradition of respecting the decisions of the Constitutional Court to be continued whether or not we like them or not.
