Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Haki Abazi has again reacted to the Constitutional decision that gives the president the right to the decree mandated by Avdullah Hoti for the new government.
Ahaz, in a Facebook post, has said that despite their election and outcome, the president has the right to mandate anyone who has sabotaged the election outcome.
Hakki Abazi has even called this the most dangerous precedent that Kosovo could have happened.

What the constitutional court is saying is that regardless of the election results, the president in a Parliamentary Republic like ours has the right to mandate anyone who deliberately sabotaged the outcome of the elections because he saw the possibility of taking over the prime minister's position. This decision supports the collapse of the government with the winner 50 days after the formation- This is the most dangerous precedent that could allow a democratic country.
