This is a scandalous decision because the VV in the president's response has not said it will not create the government. The second president interpreted his time, and became judge of the Constitution, and therefore gave him justice;
Glauk Konjufca was present in Rubik's studio and was unable to read the decision or the argument of the Constitutional Court, but still named the decision as “scandalous”.
