Gilanasus is arrested after allegedly blaming 30 percent of interest

Kosovo police, the Anti-economic Crimes and Corruption Unit (NJHRKEK) in Gjilan, respectively, have arrested a 53-year-old with the initials L.K., after the same suspect has filed charges with 30 per cent interest.

According to the police report, until his arrest had come after receiving information months ago, the provision of material evidence and other relevant evidence has begun, using secret technical and investigative measures has been managed to ensure evidence that 53-year-old is involved in criminal work “Fadeja”, writes news.net.

The alleged “Person, now under arrest, allegedly gave the victim money in file, worth 75,000.000 euros, to then ask for interest of 30% or 97,500.00, totaling $22,500,000 as non-professional profit”, the police report said.

Also, with the Constitutional Court's order in Gjilan, today, on 28.05.2020 has been searched by house and other surveillance facilities by the suspect on the case, several free-hand documents containing notes, contracts, and agreements on which the way to return money, time periods, and percentage/interest have been described.

The alleged “Person was interviewed in the presence of his defence attorney assigned on official duty, and after the completion of an interview with the subject prosecutor's decision has been detained at the detention centre in the deadline of 48 hours”, police announce.

Other investigative procedures will be developed regarding the criminal case at the address of other possible suspects involved in the case.
