Last night's Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo ruling, which gives President Hashim Thaci the right to nominating Avdullah Hoti for prime minister, has taken place in international media as well.
This final verdict, as well as the performance of Vetevendosje activists, has become foreign media news such as Reuters, The New York Times, France 24, reports Klan Kosova.
According to Reuters, the Constitutional Court has already cleared the way for the vote of the new Kosovo government.
Further, the opposition from the country's outgoing Prime Minister Albin Kurti is highlighted, warning of protests.
Similarly, The New York Times writes, while arguing that the highest state body, has definitely assessed that the new government can be formed without new elections, and that President Hashim Thaci's decree on the mandate is in line with the Constitution.
The American President, referring to Reuters, also mentions the history of the collapse of the Kurti Government, saying that disputes with the LDK, its main co-governance partner on the issues of pandemic and the issue of removing the fee on Serbian goods led to the coalition's collapse.
Paris-based medium France 24, writes that the Constitutional Court ruled late Thursday that the new government could be formed without holding early elections.
