In these cases, according to the rulings, farmers are excluded from the Ministry's beneficial programmes for three years, KOHA writes.
Based on the damage done to Kosovo farmers during the pandemic, the Kosovo Communist Association (AKK) last week has been addressed to the Ministry of Agriculture with a request to review the farmers' black lists. Although he has said they will consider the AKK's request, The MBPZHR has ruled out the possibility that their status will be linked to COVID-19 pandemic.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development has accepted the request of the Kosovo Communists Association and will examine the legal, financial and administrative aspect through its leading and professional bodies”, the Ministry's Office for Media said in response.
This minister has further announced that black lists were created before the pandemic.
