Turkey has sent 400,000 defence uniforms to United Kingdom
Each of the 400,000 defence uniforms sent to the United Kingdom by Turkey has failed to comply with the country's health standards, Reuters reports.
The Department of Health and Social Care in the United Kingdom confirmed that the articles were being held at an facility near Heathroa Airport.
Understandably, they must return to Turkey, and the DHSC aims to seek a reimbursement.
The shipment was first announced by the United Kingdom ministers last month amid sharp warnings of personal protective equipment for health workers.
