Within these days Kosovo's Constitutional Court is expected to issue a ruling concerning the decree of Avdullah Hoti on the president's side, Hashim Thaci.
The Vetevendosje movement has sent President Hashim Thaci's decree of Avdullah Hoti to the Constitutional Court to prove whether the president has committed constitutional violations or not.
The Constitutional Court of Kosovo until tomorrow must return an answer to the Vetevendosje Movement's request, but this has not yet been done.
On the other hand, the US Embassy in Kosovo has announced about news.net that all political parties in the country must respect the Constitutional Court's decision, regardless of what it will be.
According to the embassy, respecting judicial decisions is not an option, but is a key issue for Kosovo democracy.
“just as it previously highlighted embassies, we believe it is key to Kosovo democracy that all parties and institutions respect the decisions of the Constitutional Court”, the American Embassy's response to news.
Otherwise, the Vetevendosje Movement had sent President Hashim Thaci's Constitutional Court decree for Avdullah Hotin as a mandate for the new government, claiming that Thaci has committed deliberate violations of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
The Vetevendosje movement comments about President Hashim Thaci's decree to mandate the LDK's Avdullah Hotin for prime minister had made it 8 May, the day Thaci had made Hoti's decree.
