Disadmission to the ruling of G. Constitutional: What can the Vetevendosje Movement do?

The incumbent Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, has openly stated he will not accept the Constitutional Court's decision that gave President Thaci the right to his decree nominated LDK mandate Avdullah Hoti for prime minister. But what danger does Kosovo take from failing to accept the decision? Kurti has declared that in Vetevendosje they are thinking about [...]
Kurti has declared that in Vetevendosje they are thinking on forms of commitment to oppose this decision. In the same reaction, he lashed out at the credibility of the Constitutional Court and thus its powers, considering this important institution as Thaci's <x0velle”, just like anything else.
Kosovo will now have its institution more creditable, Constitutional Court under attack because of its non-recognition by the largest party, Vetevendosje, writes Periscopi.
International embassies of Kosovo's friendly states have also called for the decision, yet the chairman of Vetevendosje decided to act differently.
But what danger does Kosovo take from failing to accept the decision?
The Vetevendosje movement could organise new protests contrary to the Constitutional Court. This political party has named the elections pointless “” following this institution's decision. This implies that for the largest political party currently in the country, democracy in our country does not exist. Such consideration would certainly not limit the chosen means to retain power.
No office launch
An opportunity to retain power by disrespecting the Constitutional Court's decision is to fail to issue government offices.
This political party in this case would justify such an act by saying “was defending the will of the people” after considering that the Constitutional Court had stolen it with its latest move.
Posting offices, but occupying government object from “people”
Another option is to launch offices and organise protests from the opposition position. However, in view of the fact that the fences have already been removed from the government's object, it may be that protesters will enter this government object by detoxing it.
Such a political party would justify it by saying that the government's target is “to the people”.
Protests, Constant Protests
In times of pandemic, protests seem to be very dangerous to hold and protests are organized. However, it is clear that this does not remind Vetevendosje that it would even use the possibility of protest and the addition of infection to pressure the Hoti Government to resign.
We've already heard of test-protests where Prime Minister Kurti said the “people were revolting”.
Puc
Of course, if you consider absolute right to be considered with you and demorcacia no longer exists, and that choice is meaningless, then naturally the potential of the puff is real.
This would mean complete delegation and closure of all institutions and the capture of others in the name of democracy and the people.
New parallel elections and institutions
Kosovo has only experience with parallel elections and parallel institutions. That happened even during the post-independence independence by Kosovo Serbs who were loyal to the Republic of Serbia, but also during the 1990s by Albanians himself, led by Ibrahim Rugova, who opposed Serbian fascist institutions. /Periscope
