Former director of Kosovo Radio Television Mentor Shala has responded to incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurtit Luan Dalipi's adviser, telling him that any ignorant idiot cannot show what educational is for broadcasting and what isn't.

That's because Dalipi today asked the next legislature to transform RTK with the reasoning that tasteless serials are being shown.
