The Constitutional Court is expected to make the decision for the political future in the country today.
Indexline sources suggest that judges are currently at the final meeting, after which the decision is expected to be made public.
Kosovo's Constitutional Court temporarily suspended the implementation of President Hashim Thaci's decree for the new mandate to form the new Kosovo government by 29 May.
The court is expected to clarify whether it is right for the second party in the 6 October elections to form the new Government, or that right only enjoys the first party, the Vetevendosje Movement.
All parties and leaders have said they will respect the Constitutional Court's decision, except for the Vetevendosje Movement, which has said they cannot accept any unconstitutional ruling by the Constitutional Court.
