Kosovo's Constitutional Court has decided by unanimous vote that the country does not go to the polls after the no-confidence motion, but clears the way for the establishment of the new government.
The judges have also taken the decision in terms of the mandate of government creation, but have voted 7 judges, 2 have come against it.
The Constitutional Court's decision, as well as other rulings of this court, is acceptable”, Veliu has declared.
