The Kosovo Communists Association is asking the Ministry of Health to be allowed to resume normality for holding meetings in municipal municipalities, as there are many projects and requirements of citizens waiting to be reviewed and approved.
The executive director of the Kosovo Communists Association, Saban Ibrahimi, says of KosovaPres, that Paco Fiscal Emergency in terms of municipalities with a total of 10m euros, is being made in municipalities, as well as another component which is part of Paco, that number 15, in terms of payment of 130 euros, who have not employed any members in the family, is being implemented by the local level of identification of data for these citizens.
This competence is delegated from the central level. The municipalities are doing an extremely good job with the collection. Population information and identity of all persons who will benefit from this 130-euro package. All those notes are carried to the central level and then executed this kind of financial support”, Ibrahim points out.
As for the work of municipal municipalities, Ibrahimi says that many concerns have been raised by citizens of municipalities on various issues, as well as the implementation of infrastructure projects.
According to him, if the work of asambrists is not normalised, many demands will not be achieved to be approved and implemented.
There are also many concerns about other issues related to the implementation of projects in local infrastructure, as according to him the municipality is the first door of citizens and their demands are large. Also required to begin normal municipal assembly work, because there are various demands from citizens of municipalities. And if normal municipal work is not allowed, a lot of requests will not be implemented”, he declares.
The head of the Kosovo Commission Association has also said that municipalities are well managing the pandemic situation with all the capacities they have, even though they have repeatedly faced difficulties.
