The reason for his arrest is still unclear. The main reason for the arrest could be police demand for Jimenez and the television team to resign.
He was seen holding CNN's ID card while he was reporting, identifying himself as journalists and telling the officers that they will move wherever they need.
We can move back whenever you want. We're right here, put us where you want to be”, Jimenez said before he got arrested.
