With new governmental rulings, mosques and churches open today throughout the country. However, believers must follow a security protocol that helps prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Christian believers are able to celebrate the Sunday of Pentecost with Masses in churches around Kosovo.
And it is possible for the believers, that they will offer their Salat (prayers) five times (i.e. prayers, prayers, Salat, etc.) and Fridays in the mosques.
The Islamic Community of Kosovo recommends that believers continue to adhere to measures specified by the Ministry of Health for preventing the spread of the virus, which continues to be present in Kosovo.
The measures to continue to be respected for being present in the mosque are:
Let's get an abdest home
Put the masks on
Have hand disinfectant on glass
Keeping social distance
There shall be no gathering except the prayer; then there shall be no gatherings of the followers of the faith, not the Macabre, but the discourse, save the backs of the congregation.
Juma laws don't last more than 10 minutes
Let's not use abdes-hans and joint toilets.
BIK begs all believers who will attend mosques to be careful and stick to measures recommended by the Ministry of Health.
