Bislimi has doubts in Constitutional decision on presidential decree

Bislimi, through a Facebook post, has said that the “Epi of lawyers of the country's president's office, through an announcement posted on the Kosovo Constitutional Court website on May 28th, found that Kosovo's constitution is in full harmony with the fundamental principles and spirit expressed in the country's 30th president's decree, which nominated Mr. Hoti as a warrant for forming the new government”.
It is learned that this document was drafted hours before the publication of the country's presidential decree on the afternoon of April 30th”, Bislimi wrote.
Once the document was published, the country's president through a media conference was thanked for the excellent co-operation between”, Bislimi wrote.
The Constitutional Court in the decision taken on May 28th has paved the way for forming a new government by a seven-pro vote and two against the president's decree, Hashim Thaci, for the government's mandate.
The Constitution has found that the president's decree is in accordance with Article 2 of the Constitution, consisting subsequently, that the successful vote by a government no-confidence motion does not result in the binding distribution of the Assembly and enables the formation of a new Government in accordance with Article 95 of the Constitution.
