On January 20th this year, it signed the agreement for the new Pristina-Belgrade airline.
Eset Berisha even called this letter of interest a historic agreement with Serbia.
But, this very agreement, for the general director of civil aviation, is viewed as the reason the incumbent prime minister dismissed it.
According to him, even though he has tried to inform him of that agreement, this has been impossible.
However, the government argued that Berisha has been appointed illegal, has committed violation of professional duties, and has had self-interesting conflicts with Bechtel Enkes
But these reasons are dismissing the dismissed director Eset Berisha himself.
He adds that he will exercise administrative conflict indictments at the Pristina Foundation Court on the issue.
Eset Berisha was appointed director general of Civil Aviation by the Haradinaj government on January 11th of 2019.
